Radiography (x-rays) extends our diagnostic capabilities allowing us to image your pet’s internal organs and bones. With our modern digital x-ray machine, we are able to obtain images within seconds! Radiography, or X-rays, is one of the most valuable diagnostic tools we offer. It helps the doctor section out the area in question, and helps diagnose the issue. X-rays are used to find many different problems, such as arthritis, tumors and lung abnormalities, bladder and kidney stones. We also use x-rays to evaluate bone damage, organ integrity, and identity foreign objects. Our doctors might recommend taking radiographs of your pet to help diagnose the issue. Our portable unit enables us to take radiographs wherever your pet might be comfortable.
