Laboratory

Our hospital is equipped with specialized laboratory equipment for various blood tests including complete blood count (CBC), serum biochemistry, and electrolytes.  Other specialized blood tests are sent to reference laboratories most of which have results by the next day.  Urine tests and cultures are processed on-site and are analyzed by our veterinarians as well as our specially trained RVTs.  Other in-house diagnostics routinely performed include ear and skin…and administer the appropriate treatment, as well as support equipment such as a Digital Radiograph and Digital Ultrasound machines. We have ample spacious area and either hard or soft ground for evaluating them in motion. Our treatment area is an enclosed barn perfectly suited for a clean area to take radiographs, perform ultrasounds, or administer treatments. We also offer novel treatment modalities such as extracorporeal shock-wave therapy (lythotripsy), which has provided encouraging therapeutic effects on our patients, particularly those with Suspensory Ligament problems. Other treatments we offer include Stem Cell Therapy and Platelet Rich Plasma.
